• Financial Assistance: We offer INTEREST FREE Direct Debt options to help ease the transition into teaching. Depending on your subject specialism and local teaching opportunities, some colleges will support your initial teacher training and help with the cost of your resources upon employment.
• Flexible Training Options: We understand that transitioning from your current career may come with unique circumstances. Our program offers flexible training options, including online virtual session and part-time study, to accommodate your individual needs and commitments.

The Teach FE process is comprised of three phases.

2. Visit the SET website to review the information about the SET membership and QTLS process, including eligibility criteria and the application process.
3. Reach out to our Course Advisor, who is ready to answer your questions and provide guidance. Booking a meeting gives you the opportunity to highlight your current experience and the skills you have gained during your previous career.
4. Attend one of our virtual open sessions to get a comprehensive overview of the program, ask questions, and meet fellow aspiring teachers from our Qualified Teacher Community.

This programme is suitable for individuals who want a DiT (FE&S) qualification and QTLS status that focuses on putting theory into practice.

The Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (FE&S) allows learners to put into practice the skills they learn in the virtual classroom environment in their real-life teaching role. The course investigates what makes a good teacher and the skills and techniques required to motivate, engage and increase the confidence of your learners.

The Teacher Coach mentoring and guidance, during your QTLS process, has been developed to support individuals during their professional formation. QTLS is conferred by the Society for Education and Training (SET) and this support is independent of their professional formation programme.

Learners will achieve the nationally recognised RQF approved TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (Further Education & Skills).

Learners will also achieve the nationally recognised teaching status issued by SET Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills (QTLS Status).

Upon successful completion of QTLS Teachers will be issued with their TRN Number.
